In this role you will support the Executive Vice President Thin Films who is also a member of the Electronics Executive Committee. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the global teams and facilitating effective communication at the executive level.

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Your Role
EMD Electronics is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant. In this role you will support the Executive Vice President Thin Films who is also a member of the Electronics Executive Committee. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the global teams and facilitating effective communication at the executive level.
Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage a dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and virtual team events while considering global time zones.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and arrange travel itineraries, ensuring logistical efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Expense Management: Process and reconcile expense reports, subscriptions, and vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
- Communication Support: Coordinate communications and assist in managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational Support: Maintain and update organizational charts, support Adobe e-sign processes, prepare and organize reports, presentations and documentation for executive meetings and assist in project management for departmental initiatives
- Time Management: Support effective time management for the executive, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to enhance productivity.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of administrative assistant experience
- 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or other Business discipline
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role within a corporate environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit
