What are the responsibilities and job description for the Safety Performance Improvement Consultant position at EMCOR?
We are currently seeking a Safety Performance Improvement Consultant to join our team at MOR PPM Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of workers, jobsites, environment, and general public, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement in our safety performance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect jobsites and identify potential hazards
- Assess risks and report findings
- Investigate incidents to identify causes and implement preventive measures
- Provide guidance and coaching to field employees
Requirements:
- OSHA 30 certification
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety and OSHA rules
- Ability to review work packages to identify unsafe practices or situations
