Job Summary
Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking an Inventory Specialist. In this position you will be responsible for all material issues and returns throughout the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with data entry to help maintain accurate order, relief and accounting records
Assist with running reports, matching invoices to orders, and finding discrepancies
Assist with equipment move orders and daily reporting
Assist with service truck warehouse assignments, including tracking equipment and material to make sure we are receiving and relieving correctly. This will require coordination with area branches
Assist with other inventory duties as needed
Qualifications
Prior knowledge of fire protection and/or fab shop material helpful, but not required
Candidate must possess analytical aptitude
Effective oral and written communication skills
Candidate must be accurate, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Organized and a self-starter
Confidentiality must be maintained
Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
Salary : $36,000 - $52,000
