Job Title: HVAC Journeyman Mechanic - (FBI HQ) Schedule (Part time weekend 2pm through 10pm)
Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for an HVAC Journeyman Mechanicin Washington, DC.Night Shift hours (2:00pm through 10:00pm) weekends. Must have an active Top Secret (TS) Clearance. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Compensation Range: $46.54 hr.
Other Compensation: N / A
Benefits: Health and Welfare Benefits consistent with the Collective Bargaining Agreement

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Operate BAS system Direct Digital Controllers (DDC)
- Install, repair and maintain a wide variety of heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults associated with HVAC systems.
- Clean, service, adjust and repair systems in an efficient and prompt manner.
- Respond and perform emergency repairs on mission critical mechanical equipment.
- Provide technical support and direction to persons working under your leadership.
- Maintain daily logs and records of pertinent events during shift.
- Follow all company and OSHA best safety practices.
- Comply with all work instruction and industry standards.
- Display excellent organizational and diagnostic skills.
- Journeyman HVAC License required.
- 7 - 10 years of experience required
- Must be able to work night Shift hours (2pm - 10pm) weekends.
- Must have an active Top Secret (TS) Clearance.
Compensation Range: $46.54 hr.
