Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support data management, reporting, workflow automation, and business process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SQL, Excel, Power Query, SharePoint, HTML forms, and workflow automation, with the ability to translate business needs into efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and analyze reports, dashboards, and data models to support operational and business decisions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions, formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query for data transformation and analysis.
• Design, maintain, and improve SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
• Create and manage HTML forms for data collection and business processes.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using SharePoint workflows, Power Automate, or similar tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation and improved data management.
• Collaborate with departments to gather reporting requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
• Troubleshoot reporting, workflow, and system-related issues.
Required Qualifications
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and development.
• Knowledge of HTML and web-based forms.
• Experience creating workflows and process automations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Knowledge of data governance and reporting best practices.
• Experience supporting business operations or workforce management systems.
• Top 3 skill sets/technologies required for qualification:
1): Experience creating workflows and process automations.
2): Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query
3): Knowledge of HTML and web-based forms
