What You Will Do :

  • Assist in planning and organizing corporate events activations and social gatherings.
  • Coordinate event logistics including vendor communication scheduling and setup.
  • Support onsite event ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as guest lists RSVPs and event materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist attendees with inquiries or concerns.
  • Work with marketing teams to promote events through digital platforms and social media.
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure a seamless event experience.
  • What We Are Looking For :

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A positive cando attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with event planning tools are a plus.
  • Prior event coordination hospitality or marketing experience is preferred but not required!
