We are currently hiring a Security Field Supervisor (Lieutenant) to oversee multiple locations and lead from the front.
Position Overview
The Lieutenant is a multi-site leader responsible for operational oversight, personnel management, and maintaining consistent service standards across all assigned locations.
This is not a static post. This is a leadership role requiring mobility, accountability, and decision-making under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple job sites to ensure operational consistency and professionalism
- Conduct routine and random site visits / inspections
- Manage scheduling, call-offs, and coverage coordination
- Respond to and manage escalated incidents and critical situations
- Serve as the direct supervisor for assigned officers and site leads
- Enforce company policies, uniform standards, and performance expectations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Submit incident reports, performance reports, and operational updates
- Identify and correct deficiencies before they impact the client
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in security, military, law enforcement, or corrections
- Experience managing multiple locations or teams (preferred)
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Professional presence, communication, and command presence
- Ability to remain composed and lead during high-pressure situations
- High level of accountability and reliability
Requirements
- Reliable transportation (REQUIRED – this is a mobile role)
- Open availability (nights/weekends required based on operations)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check
- Prior security experience (2 years preferred)
