Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Keeper to join our team at the Prescott Campus. This role is essential to maintaining the beauty and safety of our campus grounds, roadways, and landscaped areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead groundskeeping tasks include mowing, trimming, trash removal, and maintenance of parking lots and pathways.
- Oversee a team of Groundskeepers, manage schedules, and provide training and support.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards in campus appearance and assist with special events and set-ups.
- Safeguard and maintain equipment, ensuring it’s ready and available for daily operations.
Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this position is $16.50 to $17.49, with a starting hourly pay expectation around $16.50. The final offer will consider the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, along with applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and compliance with ERAU driver standards.
- Experience with power tools, grounds maintenance, and basic horticulture.
