Experience the EMBREY WAY by joining our dynamic EMBREY Management Services as a Regional Vice President.
As our Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for the management and compliance of your portfolio of multifamily communities in Colorado and Arizona maintaining the integrity of the physical assets assigned and maximizing the cash returns and value of the asset in accordance with EMBREY’s company vision and objectives. This will be achieved by driving value through effective leadership, financial insight, and innovative business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Oversight and supervision of property operations and review of all communities with bottom-line accountability for team performance, assets, and portfolio management.
- Promote a culture of accountability and collaboration to meet or exceed regional and company goals related to revenue, profitability, and EMBREY experience.
- Lead a team of Regional Managers by diligently maintaining high standards of integrity and improving performance and professionalism.
- Research and analyze market conditions and competitive landscape to keep up to date on pricing strategies, partnership opportunities, and industry trends in new and emerging markets.
- Review and preparation of annual budgets, management and marketing plans, acquisition analysis, and due diligence.
- Monitor monthly operating statements and take corrective action to improve unsatisfactory performance.
- Evaluate rent schedules and availability; make appropriate adjustments for market rates, rental concessions, or special incentives to ensure leasing velocity.
- Develop a proactive resident retention program to ensure high resident retention and low turnover expenses.
- Inspect properties under jurisdiction periodically to ensure compliance with all programs and policies and take corrective action to improve or eliminate (un) satisfactory performance.
- Supervise and coordinate the preparation and implementation of the current business plan. Short-term and long-range plans for each property consistent with overall profit and cash flow growth objectives of the investor.
- Analyze property profit and loss statements and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and control operating expenses, including allowable rent increases, efficient unit turns, leveraging scalable vendor/contract pricing, and low vacancy and delinquency rates.
- Responsible for recruitment, training, team building, and development of all personnel assigned, either directly or through others.
- Ensure implementation of training and supervise training program for all newly hired employees and the development of existing team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on-site and supervisory levels.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- Proficiency with Yardi and RentCafe.
- High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Position type: Salary/Exempt, Full-Time
Position location: Austin, TX, San Antonio, TX, or Denver, CO. Travel is required.
