Experience
Senior Level Individual Contributor on a functional group.
Generally, 5-7 years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
- Act as the main Supplier Quality focal point for Production Support, addressing supplier-related nonconformities that impact the production line.
- Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal pro-actively with work-related problems.
- Trigger and manage supplier engagement for technical dispositions, root cause analysis, and immediate containment actions, both remotely and on-site.
- Coordinate closely with internal interfaces such as Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve the quality of purchased parts and assemblies.
- Establish and monitor prevention, containment, and corrective action plans in collaboration with Supplier Quality Engineers dedicated to specific technologies.
- Manage supplier performance indicators related to production impact, ensuring timely response, escalation when necessary, and compliance with Embraer quality requirements.
- Ensure proper governance and flow of information for supplier nonconformities, technical dispositions, and quality notifications.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing repetitive issues, production disruptions, and quality escapes.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
- SAP experience a plus
- Power BI experience a plus
- Experience interacting directly with suppliers and managing technical and quality escalations.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency in production-critical issues.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
