What You'll Do
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll:
- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, behavioral, and functional needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans that focus on meaningful, real-life outcomes
- Collaborate closely with caregivers, teachers, physicians, and other therapy professionals
- Support children in developing:
- Sensory regulation skills
- Fine motor skills
- Motor planning abilities
- Activities of daily living
- School readiness skills
- Self-advocacy and independence
- Utilize evidence-based practices and creative therapeutic approaches
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and team collaboration
- Educate and empower families with practical strategies they can use outside of therapy sessions
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current or eligible North Dakota Occupational Therapy license
- Pediatric experience preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
