About the Role
We are seeking a male licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to support individuals and couples navigating deeply personal struggles that impact relational trust, emotional safety, and connection.
This role includes working with:
- Men seeking integrity restoration and emotional growth
- Couples navigating betrayal, disconnection, rebuilding trust, and relational repair
- Christian individuals and couples seeking faith-informed support without shame-based treatment approaches
- Teens with addictions or habits
You will collaborate closely with our APSAT-trained therapist to support coordinated, trauma-informed care for betrayed partners while helping create emotionally balanced and relationally safe healing pathways.

Availability Needs
To support the needs of working adults and couples, we are specifically seeking clinicians with availability for:
- Weekday evening sessions (after 5:00 PM)
- Saturday morning or afternoon availability
- Sunday afternoon availability
- In-person sessions at our Rockwall/Heath office
Evening and weekend availability is essential for this role.
You’re a Strong Fit If You:
- Hold an active Texas license as an:
- LPC
- LCSW
- LMFT
- Feel confident working with:
- Individuals struggling with compulsive or integrity-impacting behaviors
- Couples healing from betrayal, secrecy, emotional injury, and trust rupture
- Relational dynamics involving shame, accountability, and emotional reconnection
