Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to EIDBI treatment staff in accordance with MN DHS requirements
- Develop, review, and approve individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
- Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress
- Ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices, including ABA-based interventions
- Maintain compliance with MN DHS EIDBI policies, documentation, and service delivery standards
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in care coordination, case reviews, and program quality improvement
- Ensure ethical and culturally responsive service delivery
Required Qualifications (MN DHS EIDBI QSP)
Candidates must meet Minnesota DHS EIDBI Qualified Supervising Professional criteria, including one of the following:
- Licensed Psychologist (LP)
- Licensed Psychological Practitioner (LPP)
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst
Additional requirements:
- Experience providing services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of EIDBI service requirements and DHS documentation standards
- Ability to meet DHS supervision and training hour requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an EIDBI program
- Strong leadership, supervision, and training skills
