About the Role:
As our Client Experience Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our advisory team and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing client interactions and data to maintaining office operations and supporting marketing initiatives, all with a focus on creating a positive and memorable client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client interactions and provide exceptional support, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and maintain efficient office operations.
- Accurately manage client data and generate essential reports.
- Support client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance.
- Assist with marketing events and client appreciation efforts, enhancing the client experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client service or administrative roles, preferably in financial services.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A commitment to outstanding client service and creating positive client experiences.

- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $34,800-$52,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is an exempt/salaried position.
