Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations based in Fairview Heights, IL. The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing operational performance, leading and motivating teams, and maintaining high-quality customer service. The role also involves developing and implementing operational strategies to align with the clinic’s values and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management, including process optimization and resource allocation.
- Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating operational performance and improving workflows.
- Demonstrated success in Team Management, including leadership, staff development, and conflict resolution.
- Experience with Budgeting and financial management to oversee clinic resources effectively.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
- Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare or clinic operations is a plus.
