We are expanding our team and are seeking a High-Ticket Sales Professional who is ready to step into their next level of personal growth and leadership—while guiding others into powerful transformational work.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that high-ticket sales is a form of service. You are grounded, self-led, and integrity-driven. Your core value is personal evolution.

Our ideal candidate has experience with:

• High-ticket sales within personal development (or a willingness to learn)
• Discovery calls (or a willingness to learn)
• Entrepreneurship or self-employment
• 5 years of engagement in personal growth and/or professional development
• Clear, confident, and authentic communication

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Connecting with prospective clients via phone or Zoom to assess alignment
• Posting approved ads to attract aligned leads
• Participating in weekly team calls, ongoing training, and mindset development
• Actively engaging in personal leadership practices such as reflection, visualization, and gratitude
• Supporting clients as they enter and move through our programs
