We're expanding into the Clearwater/Tampa market after building a successful office in Orlando. Now, we're looking for licensed motivated individual to help us grow our next high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take 5–12 inbound calls per day from individuals who have already expressed interest in life insurance.
• A licensed life insurance or currently in the process of obtaining one , you'll guide clients through their coverage options, helping them make informed decisions that protect their families while serving with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.
• Build trust through education and personalized recommendations—not high-pressure sales tactics.
• Close business with qualified prospects and create lasting client relationships.
• Build a consistent pipeline without the stress of cold calling or chasing leads.

Compensation

• Average Commission Per Sale: $600–$1,400
• Top 10% of Agents Earn: $250,000–$360,000
• Commissions vary based on the insurance carrier, product, and policy premium. Individual earnings depend on production and performance.

• Active Life Insurance License (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
• No prior sales experience required—we'll teach you everything you need to succeed

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident/Green Card holder, or otherwise legally authorized to work)
• This is a 1099 independent contractor
