Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning to ensure a spotless environment.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to promote hygiene and safety.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas as needed.
- Keep detailed records of cleaning tasks performed, supplies used, and maintenance issues encountered for quality assurance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued.
- Must be willing and available to work Saturday and Sundays, as well as week days as needed.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments within scheduled timeframes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, walking stairs, outdoor work, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
