Role Summary
As a Program Management Consultant at Ember Group Consulting, you will partner with client teams across industries to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to critical initiatives. You will orchestrate dependencies, establish governance rhythms, track program health, and translate strategy into executable plans. You are comfortable parachuting into ambiguous environments, creating alignment quickly, and helping teams move forward with confidence and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery from planning through execution, aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals and outcomes
- Build and manage core program artifacts, including roadmaps, schedules, dependencies, resourcing plans, risks, and deliverables
- Lead governance cadences such as standups, leadership checkpoints, risk escalations, retrospectives, and status reporting
- Track, assess, and communicate program health - including risks, blockers, progress, and milestone readiness
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans with clear ownership and success metrics
- Drive structured, concise, and insightful communication for client leaders and cross-functional partners
- Create and maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and program evidence as required by client environments
- Eliminate ambiguity by connecting teams, resolving misalignment, and unblocking delivery challenges
- Build trusted relationships with client and internal stakeholders to ensure continuity and impact across engagements
