Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering, stock management, and food safety compliance to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams, providing training on food handling, Toast POS systems, and customer service standards.
- Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, conduct staff training sessions, and facilitate team development initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures, daily reconciliations, and POS system operations.
- Foster a welcoming environment for guests by ensuring exceptional customer service experiences across casual dining, fine dining, catering, or banquet settings as applicable.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or similar food industry roles with supervisory responsibilities.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management best practices.
- Familiarity with Toast POS system; proficient in cash handling and basic math skills.
- Strong background in food safety management, inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing hospitality teams; excellent managerial communication skills.
- Prior experience in casual dining or fine dining environments; catering or banquet experience is a plus.
- Ability to train staff effectively on food handling standards, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to oversee shift management while maintaining high-quality service standards.
