We are seeking a skilled Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Sonographer to perform advanced obstetric ultrasounds for high-risk pregnancies. The role focuses on detailed fetal assessments, maternal well-being, and supports accurate diagnostic interpretation for optimal patient care. Key Responsibilities - Conduct high-resolution ultrasounds for high-risk pregnancies, performing detailed fetal anatomy evaluations according to professional guidelines. - Perform Doppler studies to assess fetal blood flow, placental circulation, and detect conditions such as growth restrictions or anomalies. - Assist with complex invasive procedures including amniocentesis, amnioreduction, and chorionic villi sampling in collaboration with physicians. - Monitor fetal growth through serial ultrasounds and review prenatal records to ensure accuracy of diagnoses and gestational dating. - Provide compassionate guidance and clear communication to patients regarding maternal and fetal health. - Document and report all findings accurately in imaging and reporting systems to support ongoing medical evaluation and multidisciplinary care. - Record all procedural charges and resolve discrepancies to maintain billing accuracy and compliance. - Perform additional ultrasounds, including routine obstetric, gynecological, abdominal, or pediatric scans as required. Requirements - Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from an accredited institution. - ARDMS certification with OB/GYN registry. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - 0–1 year of clinical ultrasound experience; preferred: 2 years of MFM ultrasound experience. Preferred Qualifications - Additional ARDMS registries in Abdomen and Fetal Echocardiography. - Strong knowledge of fetal anatomy, Doppler techniques, and maternal-fetal medicine procedures. - Excellent patient care, communication, and teamwork skills.
