Embedded Alliance is seeking a cleared GEOINT Subject Matter Expert to support Naval Information Forces Command (NAVIFOR) at Suffolk, VA. You'll help draft and staff a Fleet Commander Concept of Operations (CONOPS) addressing current and planned Navy GEOINT Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) capabilities, bridging intelligence, ISR, and TCPED across manned and unmanned systems.
What you'll do
- Provide technical writing, editing, and analytic support for development of a fleet GEOINT TCPED CONOPS
- Coordinate across Echelon I & II commands and gather/disseminate technical information among stakeholders
- Support DOTMLPF-P analysis — defining, validating, tracking, and reporting actions through experimentation, war games, fleet exercises, and architecture review
- Develop agendas, briefing material, white papers, and session summaries for work sessions and VTCs up to the TS/SCI level
- Serve as a liaison representing the Navy in working groups across NAVIFOR, USFF, FCC, OPNAV, Fleet/Type Commanders, Warfare Centers, Program Offices, and DoD/IC agencies
- Provide status reports and briefings to keep leadership current on document progress
Required qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with SSBI and ICD 704 eligibility (required prior to start)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant intelligence/GEOINT experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (15 years of Intelligence Management experience may substitute for the degree plus the 7 years)
- Working knowledge of Navy, Joint, and National/DoD ISR capabilities, sensors, gaps, doctrine/TTPs, architectures, and networks
- DoD 8570.01-M / 8140 IA workforce certification compliance (or ability to obtain on the required timeline)

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
