The Opportunity
This is the role for someone who lights up a room, reads the room, and owns the guest experience from the first smile to the final goodbye. You’ll be the heartbeat of the front of house—setting an upbeat, welcoming tone and turning every visit into a memorable one.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with genuine energy, warmth, and a smile that starts their day (or night) right
- Create an upbeat, inviting atmosphere the moment people walk in
- Anticipate what guests need before they ask and make them feel truly looked after
- Keep the vibe positive, lively, and seamless throughout the café
- Communicate effortlessly with the service, kitchen, and management teams so everything flows
- Handle special requests, feedback, and the occasional hiccup with grace, speed, and a can-do attitude
- Keep the host area and front of house looking sharp, organized, and ready to impress
- Bring positive energy to the team every shift and help elevate the guest experience together
