About the Role:

As a Client Service Representative at Embassy Veterinary Center-Hardin Valley, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving and placing calls to clients for scheduling purposes

• Prioritizing multiple tasks in a calm, organized manner

• Maintaining proper documentation through client and pet records

• Assisting clients with necessary instructions, information, and invoices

• Utilizing hospital computer systems to document medical records and communicate with clients and teammates

• Managing the financial needs of the hospital by maintaining accurate balances and following proper cash and credit card handling procedures

Responsibilities / Qualifications:

• Utilizing standard office/business equipment

• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures

• Flexible schedule, including some weekend and holiday shifts

• Ability to work independently and accept direction on given assignments

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, good judgment, and ability to manage stressful situations

• 10 hour shifts
