Overview

Step into a leadership role where exceptional service, strong operational skills, and a passion for people come together. As the Starbucks Manager at the Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown, you’ll oversee daily operations for our on‑property Starbucks location — ensuring guests and locals enjoy the highest standards of service, product quality, and store experience. Located inside one of the biggest Embassy Suites and steps from the Nashville Convention Center, this high‑volume operation requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. If you’re driven, organized, and committed to motivating a team while delivering the Starbucks brand promise, this role gives you the opportunity to shine.

Qualifications

• Prefer two to three years of Starbucks or Coffee House experience.
• Previous supervisory/management skills and experience. Knowledge of the Barista roles as set up by coffee house or Starbucks.
• 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs
• Proficient in menu planning and development
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• ServSafe certification is a plus
