Overview
The Pantry Attendant prepares food for various stations and generally does not cook food. Assembles and prepares ingredients, store and label unused food items for future use; may also produce certain items like cold plated food trays. This position assists with maintaining cleanliness, order, and sanitation in the kitchen.
Qualifications
· Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
· Read and understand English.
· One year pantry experience preferred but not necessary.
· Knowledge of cold meats, salads, dressing and sauces.
· Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
· Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
· No employee will pose a direct threat to the safety/health of self or others.
