THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER

This is a full‑time position, averaging 28–36 hours per week. You must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business demand and occupancy needs.

In this Restaurant Assistant Manager role, you'll step into the heart of the restaurant's daily rhythm. You'll lead the team with confidence, ensuring smooth and efficient service from morning rushes to evening wind‑downs. You'll coordinate food orders, oversee prep and cooking, assist in the kitchen when needed, and carefully monitor plating for consistency and quality. You'll build staffing schedules based on operational needs, train associates on techniques and best practices, manage inventory, and uphold sanitation standards that keep guests and employees safe. You'll support monthly inventory, process vendor expenses, and ensure every detail reflects the excellence expected from an award‑winning Hilton hotel. Each day, you'll play a vital part in shaping memorable dining experiences and elevating the team around you.
