The Banquet Houseperson is responsible for cleaning, setting up, refreshing and stripping meeting function rooms.

Responsibilities
- Completes accurate sets ups on time at least 15 minutes before the start of functions
- Maintains service corridors, storage areas, pre-function areas, hallways, and meeting rooms in a clean manner.
- Responds promptly and follow through on guest requests and complaints in an effective and friendly manner.
- Greet guests
Qualifications
- High School or GED
- One year related experience or training preferred
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Knowledge of health department standards of food sanitation and safety practices
