What You’ll Do

As our Housekeeping leader, you’re the driving force behind creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. You’ll lead the team, keep standards high, and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

  • Build an amazing team by interviewing, hiring, and training associates
  • Lead with positivity—motivate, coach, and inspire your team every day
  • Help plan the budget and keep expenses on track
  • Run and participate in meetings and training (yes, the productive kind!)
  • Keep the department organized, prepared, and ready for anything
  • Ensure all policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed
  • Roll out promotions and company initiatives with energy and consistency
  • Set the tone with a professional, polished presence at all times
  • Keep a close eye on cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience
  • Manage inventory and supplies—no one likes running out of towels!
  • Work closely with other departments to keep operations seamless
  • Make sure all equipment is working properly (and fix it when it’s not)
  • Keep communication flowing through meetings, logs, and updates
  • Handle performance management, coaching, and recognition
  • Create schedules that balance business needs and team wellbeing
  • Monitor payroll and expenses to stay on budget
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure standards are met
  • Support safety initiatives and participate in the Safety Committee
  • Handle incident reports with professionalism and urgency
  • Step in as Manager on Duty when needed
  • Get involved in community events and company activities
  • Jump in wherever needed—because teamwork makes everything better

What You Bring to the Table

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2 years in a hotel environment
  • At least 2 years in management (with 1 in hospitality)

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Brand certifications
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English)

Physical Requirements

This role keeps you moving!

  • Frequent walking and standing
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • Bending, reaching, and lifting regularly
  • Occasional sitting, driving, and travel
  • Work is mostly indoors, with some time spent outside

Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
