About the Position
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Houseman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and organization in all public areas, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces
- Assist room attendants by delivering linens, towels, and supplies
- Empty trash and replace liners throughout the property
- Clean windows, doors, and high-touch surfaces
- Restock guest amenities and supplies as needed
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Assist with special cleaning projects
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to requests promptly
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to maintain high cleanliness standards
