Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately, utilizing Agilysis POS systems as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
- Assist with banquet services or catering events as needed, showcasing versatility in various settings such as fine dining or nightclubs.
Skills
- Proficient in Agilysis POS system for efficient order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively.
- Excellent sales abilities to promote menu items and enhance guest experiences.
- Previous fine dining experience preferred, along with knowledge of food service standards.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Experience in the food industry, including bartending or restaurant roles, is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining professionalism.
