We’re seeking a Conference Services Manager to plan and execute group meetings and events from turnover to departure. This role is the main contact for clients and ensures all event details—BEOs, group resumes, F&B, AV, and rooming lists—are communicated accurately and delivered seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all event logistics with hotel operations teams.
- Lead client communication, planning meetings, and on-site support.
- Upsell F&B, AV, and event enhancements to maximize revenue.
- Ensure accurate billing, deposits, and event reconciliation.
Requirements:
- 2 years in hotel event planning, catering, or conference services (Hilton experience a plus).
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Flexible schedule based on event needs.
