Role Description The Front Office Manager is a full-time, on-site position located at Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort in Scottsdale, AZ. This role oversees daily front office operations, including managing front desk staff, coordinating guest check-in and check-out, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. The Front Office Manager monitors guest satisfaction, addresses escalated concerns, and maintains high service standards in alignment with brand expectations. Responsibilities include scheduling and training front office team members, supervising cash handling and billing procedures, and collaborating with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales teams to support overall hotel operations. The role also involves maintaining front office systems, reviewing reports, implementing process improvements, and supporting a positive, inclusive work environment.
