Sales Coordinator
$24/hour Benefits Toll Reimbursement
We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving revenue and delivering exceptional client service. This role includes coordinating meetings and events, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales and Catering Managers and Directors, allowing them to focus on closing business
- Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Perform daily office tasks including word processing, typing, emailing, data entry, filing, faxing, copying, and mail processing
- Assist with coordinating events and handling guest service requests
- Support special projects and additional assignments as needed
- Utilize sales systems such as Delphi; experience with PEP is a plus
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have
- A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience
- Experience is not required
Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
