A dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing the kitchen work area and equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Collecting used kitchenware, glassware, and flatware from designated places, dining area, and kitchen area for sorting and rinsing.
- Loading and unloading dish washing machine and racks used in the machine.
- Washing specific items by hand
- Filling and stacking glassware for the bar
- Set up and/or Break down of dishwashing area
- Removing trash and garbage to dumpster
- Sweep/Mop floors
- Cleaning machines and appliances
- Bussing and cleaning tables
- Follow department procedures and schedules for cleaning
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to stand for up to 8 hours
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Schedules are subject to change weekly
- Other duties as assigned
