Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based at Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Arboretum in Austin, TX. This role supports the sales team by preparing proposals and contracts, maintaining group and corporate account files, and assisting with follow-up communications to prospective and existing clients. The Sales Coordinator will help manage sales reports, update booking and lead tracking systems, and coordinate details for meetings and events, including room blocks and function space. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, handling administrative tasks such as data entry and calendar management, and collaborating with operations and front office teams to ensure accurate information flow. The role also involves contributing to sales presentations and marketing materials, assisting with site visits, and providing consistent, guest-focused service to internal and external stakeholders.
