Job Summary
Provide direct resident care under the supervision of nursing staff, assisting with daily activities while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Take and report vital signs and changes in condition
- Help with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Document care and respond to resident needs
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing)
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Schedule & Environment
- Full-time, part-time, or PRN; all shifts available
- Includes weekends and holidays
- Skilled nursing facility setting
- 8 hour shifts
Pay & Benefits
