We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and oversee all clinical operations within our skilled nursing facility. This leadership role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on resident care while maintaining confidentiality about the facility.
Key Responsibilities of Director of Nursing (DON):
- Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Monitor resident care quality and safety, implementing improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize clinical outcomes.
- Manage clinical documentation, MDS coordination, infection control, and QAPI initiatives.
- Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, and ongoing staff development.
Qualifications for Director of Nursing (DON):
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
- Strong knowledge of CMS, Pennsylvania Department of Health regulations, and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- BSN preferred; advanced education or certifications a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
