Embassy Healthcare is seeking a new dedicated Regional Nurse Consultant to join our Growing team and oversee nursing operations across multiple locations in Scranton, PA.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Serve as the primary clinical resource for Directors of Nursing and nursing teams across assigned facilities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company standards, including CMS regulations.
- Conduct facility visits to assess clinical performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations to align nursing operations with strategic business goals.
- Develop and lead training programs to enhance staff skills and promote continuous quality improvement.
- Assist in survey readiness, attend surveys, and help develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Analyze key performance indicators, clinical metrics, and resident outcomes to drive improvement initiatives.
- Support recruitment, retention, and mentoring of nursing leaders within the region.
