Maintenance Director

Responsibilities
Oversee all maintenance operations within the facility.

Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and vendors.

Qualifications
Maintenance experience required.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general facility maintenance.
Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Valid driver's license.
