Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Perform basic nursing assessments and document care
- Supervise CNAs and assist with resident care as needed
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Active Pennsylvania LPN license
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Previous long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise staff and handle multiple priorities
- Physically able to stand, walk, and assist residents
- Full-time, part-time, or PRN; 11p-7a
- No required shifts
- Skilled nursing facility setting
- Competitive pay based on experience
