Responsibilities Include
- Performing routine cleaning duties, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting resident rooms and common areas
- Ensuring all areas are tidy and sanitized, maintaining a pleasant environment for residents and staff
- Following infection control protocols and safety guidelines
- Assisting with seasonal deep cleaning tasks as we “spring clean” our facility
- Reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate staff
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting (but not required)
