We’re hiring Dietary Aides to join our dietary department and help provide nutritious, high-quality meals to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment.

Available Shifts

• 6a–2p
• 12p–8p
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks to residents.
• Set up meal trays, deliver meals, and ensure dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dining areas, and workspaces.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware according to facility procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the dietary and nursing teams to provide an excellent dining experience.
• Follow all safety and infection control policies.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous food service experience preferred but not required — we provide training!
• Ability to follow directions, work efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Dependability and attention to detail.
  
  

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, and cleaning agents.
• Requires standing, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
• May include weekend or holiday shifts as scheduled.
