Will work collaboratively with teaching staff to assist children who need accommodations and in the classroom. This person will ride the bus to assist with pick up and delivery of children to designated locations, assumes responsibility for the children’s safety on the bus. Must have the ability to assist the children to buckle their restraint system, fill out paperwork as necessary, make sure the children are safely turned over to their parent/guardian, check the bus to make sure it is empty, keep in contact with the Center if the need arises, and be able to keep the children quiet. Other duties as assigned.
Head Start Family Advocate/Bus Aide in Robinson – Part-Time (29hrs/week) 06-16-2026
Will work with families and assists with recruitment and enrollment for the classroom. Must have the ability to assist the children and fill out paperwork as necessary. This person will ride the bus to assist with pick up or delivery of children to designated locations, assumes responsibility for the children’s safety on the bus. Must have the ability to assist the children to buckle their restraint system, fill out paperwork as necessary, make sure the children are safely turned over to their parent/guardian, check the bus to make sure it is empty, keep in contact with the Center if the need arises, and be able to keep the children quiet. Other duties as assigned.
