Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a major Fortune 500 client, managing all aspects of their promotional products needs from ideation to delivery.
- Develop and execute creative promotional strategies tailored to the client's branding and marketing goals.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and innovate product solutions that enhance client campaigns.
- Monitor account performance, provide regular reports, and foster long-term partnerships through outstanding communication and relationship-building.

- 3 years of experience in account management, marketing, or related B2B industries.
- 3 years working directly in the promotional products /ASI industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools and promotional product trends is a plus.
