Our client, a leading construction firm in Columbus OH has an immediate need for a construction Sr. Project Manager, with Multifamily experience. This is an immediate need! Details are as follows:
• Local to Columbus preferred, but also willing to travel as needed.
• Minimum 5 years construction experience
• Self-starter
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed.
• Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.
