Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Overnight Residential Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our compassionate team. Responsibilities
- Monitor residents overnight to ensure safety and well-being, responding promptly to any behavioral or medical emergencies.
- Complete patients rounds.
- Oversight of medication self-administration following HIPAA guidelines and medical documentation protocols.
- Support residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and routine tasks while maintaining patient dignity.
- Shift Documentation
- Document all interactions, incidents, medication records, and medical information accurately in medical records while adhering to confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- 1 Year experience and/or education in the field preferred.
- Fingerprint clearance card required.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and crisis management strategies is essential for maintaining safety during challenging situations.
- Experience with medical records management, intake procedures, data collection, and HIPAA compliance is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining confidentiality.
