Live-In Caregiver
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $160-$176/day
Locations of Rotations Available: Paris, TX - Sulphur Springs, TX - McKinney, TX
Temporary Respite schedules and Permanent week on week off rotations available.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Live-In Caregiver to join our team at Embark Care. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will provide personalized non-medical care in a home setting, including assistance with activities of daily living, transportation services, and resource information. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have a strong desire to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, transfers and grooming
Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation as needed
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care
Work a Wednesday 12:00pm THROUGH Wednesday 12:00pm schedule with a week on/week off rotation
Requirements:
Live-in experience and hands-on care experience, as well as companionship experience that can be verified by professional and personal references
Memory Care experience and ability to support clients with dementia and Alzheimer's that can be verified by professional and personal references
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current insurance
Ability to lift and assist clients as needed
