- Full‑Time: 5 days/week, including 1 weekend day
- Part‑Time: 16 hours/week; 2–4 days/week, including weekends
- Associate Therapists:
- Full-Time: $70,000 – $78,000 a year (DOE)
- Part-Time: $37.00 – $42.00 an hour (DOE)
- Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT):
- Full-Time: $80,000 – $85,000 a year (DOE)
- Part-Time: $44.00 – $50.00 an hour (DOE)

Responsibilities
- Manage a clinical caseload, including assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence‑based and experiential modalities.
- Present case updates during weekly interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
- Participate in clinical meetings and engage in regular supervision.
- Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and insurance documentation accurately and on time.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support client‑centered care.
- Assist with crisis intervention, safety planning, and de‑escalation as needed.
- Maintain ethical standards, therapeutic boundaries, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Master’s degree in a Behavioral Science field required.
- Licensure (Required):
- LMFT, LPC, LCSW or Oregon associate-level equivalents:
- Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (MFT Associate)
- Professional Counselor Associate (PC Associate)
- Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA).
- Preferred: Experience in residential treatment using relational, experiential, or systemic models.
- Passion for working with adolescents and families.
- Strong understanding of clinical ethics and professional boundaries.
- Ability to use electronic health records and digital documentation systems.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and TB test.
- Willingness to obtain an NPI and CAQH profile during onboarding.
