Responsibilities
- Lead and train 3-5 residential staff by providing guidance answering questions, modeling interventions, and managing escalated situations.
- Provide supervision and emotional support to adolescent girls (ages 12–17) in a high-acuity residential setting.
- Lead interventions during behavioral escalations, aggression, and critical safety incidents.
- Guide new hires through a structured, checklist-based on-shift orientation.
- Assign responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth, efficient shift operations.
- Conduct weekly 1on1 meeting's with direct supports.
- Be on-call for critical incidents and lead response efforts when needed.
- Uphold treatment plans and collaborate with therapists, nurses, and day staff.
- Participate in leadership meetings, relaying relevent information during treatment team meeting's as necessary.
What we are looking for:
- 2 years working in a Residential Treatment Center or Inpatient Setting.
- 1 year of leadership experience.
- Experience working with adolescent teenagers.
- Skilled in de-escalation and managing high-acuity, emotionally charged situations.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and support staff.
- Comfortable making quick decisions and leading during safety-related incidents.
- Maintains firm boundaries and models emotionally regulated behavior.
- Meets Core Requirements: Must be 21 , hold a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and pass a Utah State background check.
